When you’re challenged to bring the right resources to bear on an opportunity, or problem; or have a skill gap to fill; you need to have confidence and trust in the resource you expect to fulfill this need. We start with our free 2 hour consultation and “Get to Know You” session.  We want you to feel comfortable that the Globulus and the Engagement Director of 20+ years experience to understand you and your current situation.

After the initial consultation session, you should typically expect a recommendation to initiate a formal assessment in the area, or areas, discussed in your initial consultation session.  It totally directed by you, but the Engagement Director will bring their external experience to the opportunity.  During this assessment we will operate remote, on-sight or a combination.  The Engagement Director will have the entire Virtual Team at their disposal in review of specific area, segments or complete ecosystem.

If your interested in the Globulus team to prepare a Custom solution to the findings in our assessment, we will bring the same skills and experience to the table.  We will bring best practices to your individual situation.  We don’t use cookie cutter solutions, nor do we have strategic relationships with potential suppliers, as we believe they bias direction to solutions.  Whether it’s employee development plans, marketing stimulation, employee training, software implementation, RFP development, new measurement systems or anything else; we’ll bring you our Custom Experienced-Based solutions to the table.

After the delivery of the solutions, we can bring in the specific resources to delivery upon those solutions.  To help in the transformation, or implementation, we can play lead, or help a member of your own team to lead the efforts to across your business.  Again, it’s your call; but we know bringing project or program disciplines to the table is crucial to get the results you expect.  Results are the reason you started this journey to begin with, and we want to insure you get them and in the time you expect them.
